Born and raised in Hoboken, NJ, Natalia earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management at New Jersey City University. A few years later, Natalia pursued a local Certificate for Teacher’s Substitute for children of ages 3-4 in her community. Sometime after in 2019, Natalia received her ISTQB Certificate in Quality Assurance IT Software/Coding testing, followed by her most recent achievement in 2021 by pursuing and obtaining her New Jersey Real Estate License. These combined knowledges, has provided Natalia with valuable skills that she will use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings. Natalia is energetic, motivated and takes the steps to do what it takes to accomplish what she sets her mind to. Natalia is the first to ever graduate college in her family, paving the way and setting generation examples for many of her younger family members, which today include, teachers, attorneys, doctors, public influencers, editor writers and other professional backgrounds. Natalia is also involved in community, volunteer, and fundraising work. Natalia has a background of completing walks such as, The March of Dimes, The 5K Mile Aids Walk to name a few. Natalia has participated and have led, both office work and local school’s Toy Drive, and volunteered on Thanksgiving food bank at local shelters. Most recent, Natalia joined an organization, The Next Level Trainings, where when the world was locked down and in most panic in March 2020 due to the pandemic, Natalia, along with her fellow teammates, went into the world ‘Virtually’ and achieved to fund a non-profit organization, Mom’s House from Phoenixville, with $118k, for low-income single parents who attend full-time college, while they also work full-time, to provide their children a better future. Mom’s House is not at all funded by the federal nor the state government. Mom’s house solely relies on support from foundations, charitable organizations, churches, civic groups, and people like Natalia. So, Natalia’s mission was much bigger than just fundraising. Her mission was to be able to do all possible to save this organization from the pandemic and cause a positive impact that provided hope and faith to these families, and mostly the children. Mom’s House provides services and merchandise such as childcare, pampers, formulas, wipes, clothing, groceries, toys, gift cards, travel expenses from and to colleges for parents; breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the children, and so much more. Natalia is now determined to reach the top in real estate. Natalia is excited, ambitious, a go-getter and is thrilled and delighted to pursue on this path. Natalia has a proven track record of delivering and achieving many goals, leading the way for others to follow in her footsteps. Natalia identifies as a family-oriented woman who is happy, cheerful, joyful, smiley kind of gal and loves to place smiles to all those she encounters with and meets along the way.
